The family of a 15-year-old boy allegedly murdered during a camping trip south of Sydney has described him as a “bright, kind-hearted” teenager whose life was cut tragically short.

Isaac, who had set off with friends for an overnight stay in the bush at Wilton on Friday evening, died after an alleged altercation with 32-year-old chef Jacob Greig.
Police allege Mr Greig confronted Isaac with a knife after the teen mistakenly tried to enter his car in a bid to get a lift.
Isaac’s body was discovered the next morning by his friends, who initially thought he had left the campsite and gone home.
They found him in the grass by the side of Wilton Park Rd with no sign of life.
His father said he wanted Isaac to be remembered as a loved son, brother, and friend whose potential was tragically ended too soon.
Family friend Donna Young spoke of the immense pain Isaac’s family is enduring.
“It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the devastating loss of Isaac, a bright, kind-hearted 15-year-old boy whose life was taken far too soon,” she told The Daily Telegraph.
“Isaac was a beloved son, brother, and friend. His life, full of promise and potential, was tragically cut short due to an alleged act of senseless violence.”
