China-CELAC joint action plan unveiled to deepen cooperation

The fourth ministerial meeting of the China-Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) Forum was held in Beijing on Tuesday.

To deepen the development of the forum, China and CELAC member states have jointly formulated the China-CELAC joint action plan for cooperation in key areas (2025-2027).

The plan, with five articles, covers areas ranging from equality and political mutual trust, deepening alignment of development strategies to mutual learning among civilizations and jointly addressing global challenges.
